Locks Heath Infant School is to be closed from lunch time today (Monday March 11) so that staff can attend the funeral of one of their colleagues – described as the life and soul of the school – who died suddenly during half term.
Trudi Robinson, a former governor at the school, had been associated with Locks Heath Infants for more than 13 years and most recently had been working there as a learning support assistant.
She died unexpectedly on February 18 while on holiday in Scotland. She was married and had two children.
