A pensioner has been banned from the roads after pleading guilty to drink-driving in Titchfield Common.
Seventy-two-year-old John Burton drove a Volkswagen Golf along Segensworth Road with 105mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath on January 17.
The legal limit is 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
Burton, of Branewick Road in Fareham, was disqualified from driving for two years.
He was also fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
